STANDARD DIVERSITY PACKAGE

The standard package provides you and your company with initial ideas and awareness. It helps you determine your current status. You receive strategy and action recommendations. In addition you get specific support for the first steps in the introduction and implementation phases.

Our approach is pragmatic: “as much as necessary, as little as possible” and always tailored to you and your company. We work closely with you, your management team and – if required – with your project team, in accordance with your company-specific wishes and requirements.

Please note that there will be some flexibility in the sequence of the modular elements. Of course you can extend the package and you can also book additional individual modules at any time.

Discussion-starter presentation

This presentation will inform your staff and increase awareness. You specify the focus of the presentation.

Here are some possible topics:
• Diversity in general
• Gender balance
• Generational diversity
• Cultural diversity

Time: 1 x 60-90 minutes

Tip: Every change process starts with information and transparency. Get your team on board by providing valuable, meaningful information.

Design thinking workshop

In our first design thinking workshop we join you and your team to determine the current status of your desired focus topic and define your requirements.

The results of the workshop form the basis for developing the right diversity strategy for you.

Time: 1 x 2 workshop days

Tip: The design thinking method enables you to integrate your staff and their various ideas, involving them in the process in a fun and active way.

Design thinking promotes innovation and creativity.

Analysis and strategy recommendation

We document and evaluate the results of the workshop. Based on our findings we create a strategy and action recommendation for your company.

Our recommendations give you a basis for deciding on the next steps for introduction and rollout.

Time: 2-3 consulting days

Tip: All change processes start with a clear vision. For introduction and implementation it’s good to have a structured and focused change architecture with everything that that entails. As much as necessary, as little as possible.

Support during cultural transformation

We assist and advise you over a period of three months. We accompany you and your project team through the change process, drawing on our experience to support you with all the questions and challenges that can come up.

Time: 5 consulting days over 3 months

Tip: In the introduction and implementation phase, it helps to be patient and to have an open and participatory approach to communication.

Diversity “Ask Me” sessions

Once a month your managers can make use of our “Ask Me” sessions, where they can ask anything they want about diversity. We’re always glad to share tips and tricks and provide new input.

Time: 3 x 2 hours

Tip: Questions may continue to come up during your day-to-day work. So it’s valuable to have access to a sparring partner.

Training: Subconscious bias

Awareness training for all staff. In this training course we talk about conscious and subconscious bias. With that knowledge, each individual can reflect on their own thought and behaviour patterns and change them if necessary. You will be laying the foundation for a culture of openness and diversity.

Time: 1 day

Tip: Knowledge about our subconscious thought patterns forms the basis for engaging consciously with diversity.
