The premium package gets you off to a great start when introducing diversity management in your company. You receive initial input and increase your staff’s awareness of the topic of diversity. We start by determining the current status and take it from there to develop a suitable diversity strategy together. We accompany you for six months, supporting the cultural transformation in your organization with focused activities.

Our approach is pragmatic: “as much as necessary, as little as possible” and always tailored to you and your company. We work closely with you, your management team and – if required – with your project team, in line with your company-specific wishes and requirements.

Please note that there will be some flexibility in the sequence of the modular elements. Of course you can extend the package and you can also book additional individual modules at any time.
