Would you like to recognize and understand the relevance of diversity for your company? Then this awareness workshop is just what you need! Together, we look at the challenges and opportunities.
We organise a half-day or whole-day workshop for you and your staff. You specify the focus of the content.
We give a brief introduction to the topic. Afterwards we use design thinking techniques to collect initial ideas and formulate possible solutions.
Team-building with a twist! Allow yourself one or two days away from our modern, digital and globally mobile working lives. In and with nature, you and your team will connect with yourselves and each other. You’ll head back into your everyday life at work with renewed energy and new ideas for working positively and constructively together. Dates on request
In private as well as at work, the basis for productive and trusting engagement with one another is communication that is open, clear and respectful. Especially in diverse teams, with people from a whole range of backgrounds working together, communication training can be beneficial.
We offer open one-day workshops in the Heidelberg area, with lots of practical exercises. On request we can also hold the workshop at your company or organization, for example for whole teams.

Leading with inner lightness: A four-module programme for women who want to lead in a deliberately feminine way and apply their skills with feeling and intuition. It covers all aspects of effective and respectful leadership, focussing on participants’ current challenges and their individual experiences.
The seminar leaders, Benedikte Baumann and Dr Anja Kellermann, stand for empathetic leadership and communication based on needs and participation. They work with you in a small, exclusive group.
